SCMA’s online Learning Log is the ideal way to record your learning and identify your training needs.
Available free to all SCMA members, the Learning Log forms part of the Membership Dashboard at childminding.org.
The Learning Log automatically records any SCMA learning event you attend, including our network meetings and conferences, and gives you the opportunity to add notes to each event should you wish to reflect on the changes you’ve made to your service as a result or note any follow-on workshops you’d like to attend in future.
That’s not all, there is also a handy ‘print’ facility that allows you to download and print a hard-copy of your Learning Log should you wish to share it with your inspector or service users.
